I saw them on the x factor tour in a very small venue it was perfect. They were on point blaze had his strenghs especially songs from maidens first 2 albums dark times but good aswell

There were tons of melodic vocal acts in the old metal days that sang about morbid things like chainsaw murder

In my opinion, the MTV Unplugged show was one the very best things they done . It was a fantastic performance , they played and sounded great and it was so wonderful to see Ace and Peter guest on the show .

Is he kidding ? He likes Peter Criss' solo album ? The only track on it I like is that 'Papa' song, and thats the one he doesn't like_ And speaking of Peter.....he doesn't even mention 'Hooligan' from Love Gun, which is a damn kick ass track

Paul is a total dick_ Gene seems really cool, smart, and dryly hilarious_ His immitation of Ace is really funny_ Ace is a hoot, and a real pioneer guitarist_ Peter has the best voice in the band, but his solo albums are atrociouly terrible_ He seems purty cool in interviews_ Woulda been cool if Peter just kept playing with Ace, after Kiss

I know the ELDER Albm gets a lot of negative response, but i love the song JUST A BOY , i think its one of the best songs .

Finally somebody who appreciates "fight for the rock" I love that album! Back when the album came out they had an interview from a radio station in Tampa, but I heard it from a Orlando radio station affiliate and they were playing the songs in between the interview and commercial breaks and they all spoke very well of the album and I already had it (on cassette tape of course) and was listening to it on the way back and forth to work since I live in Orange City Florida and worked in a Orlando, out of all the times that I've listened to that cassette all of their music I probably have listened to SAVATAGE' songs more times than they have!😂

Totally agree with you in every aspect. I’m sure the problem (at that time) with Crusader was the sound. Crusader sounds a lot cheap than other competitors bands of that time. if Crusader sounded like “innocence” it could been a very successful album. By the way Saxon is my favorite band so far

I feel like we all agree gaahl is a talentless horse faced knob, but ppl are also way too quick to dismiss basically anything he was unfortunately involved with, some of the riffs on ad majoram for instance are pretty good, I just wish it was anyone else on vocals other than gaahl, in conclusion, hail pest, hat, infernus, hoest and grim, fuck gaahl, king and the poser patrol, but I can’t deny some of the gaahl era stuff is alright
